Lexington Team

Lee Tesconi was named a Lexington Senior Advisor in 2022. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Tesconi was a Partner of Lexington primarily engaged in the origination and evaluation of secondary purchases of private equity and alternative investments.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2003, Mr. Tesconi was a managing director at BancBoston Capital where he founded its secondary investment business and prior to that he was a vice president in BankBoston’s LBO lending group.

Mr. Tesconi, a CPA, graduated from Boston College, Carroll School of Management with a BS in Accounting and from MIT Sloan School of Management with an MBA.
