Lexington Team

Jason Kahn is a Managing Director and the General Counsel of Lexington Partners, primarily engaged in overseeing legal and regulatory matters for Lexington and its funds.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2013, Mr. Kahn was a private funds attorney with Seward and Kissel LLP, focusing on fund formation, regulatory and transactional matters for private equity funds and hedge funds.

Mr. Kahn graduated from Cornell University with a BS in industrial and labor relations and from Fordham University School of Law with a JD.
