Alexis Godefroy is a Vice President and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer of Lexington Partners primarily in engaged in the administration of Lexington’s global compliance program with a focus on AIFMD administration and compliance, as well as corporate and fund administration and accounting.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2020, Mr. Godefroy was an executive director of fund services at Ocorian Luxembourg S.A. Prior to that, he was the conducting officer responsible AIFM administration and regulatory reporting at Bain Capital and L Catterton Real Estate, both in Luxembourg.
