Matthew Rabe, CPA, is a Senior Associate of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in corporate and fund administration and accounting.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2022, Mr. Rabe was part of the Financial Services Tax group at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Rabe graduated from Montclair State University with a BA in accounting.
