Syed Hyat, CPA, is a Vice President of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in corporate and fund administration and accounting.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2015, Mr. Hyat was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Hyat graduated from Fairfield University with a BS and an MS in accounting.
