Richa Singh is a Director and Head of Data & AI at Lexington Partners, focused on driving firm-wide AI adoption, modernizing the enterprise data platform, and advancing digital transformation across the firm.
Richa joined Lexington in 2024 from Goldman Sachs, where she was a vice president of data & AI in investment banking. She graduated from Columbia University with an MS in Operations Research.
