Elien Poelmans is a Vice President and Conducting Officer on the Finance and Operations team primarily focused on portfolio management oversight, marketing and AIFM finance.
Elien joined Lexington in 2026 from EQT, where she was a Conducting Officer for Portfolio Management. Prior to that, she worked as a senior tax advisor at PwC. Elien graduated from Maastricht University with an LL.B and LL.M.
