Nick joined Lexington in 2026 from Arsenal Capital Partners, where he was a senior associate supporting the Industrials Group. Prior to that, Nick worked at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in investment banking. Nick graduated from Williams College with a BA in Mathematics & Economics.
