Lexington Team

Jem Elsom is a Research Analyst of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in projects associated with the secondary purchases of private equity and alternative investments.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2018, Ms. Elsom was a junior analyst in the hedge fund strategies group at Commonfund and prior to that she was a senior specialist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Elsom graduated from Pace University, Lubin School of Business with a BBA in finance.
