Rachel Matharu is a Director of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in the firm’s fundraising efforts and closely involved in the firm’s relationships with investors in Europe.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2024, Ms. Matharu was a managing director in the investor relations and fundraising team at Cinven.

Ms. Matharu graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in politics.
