Adnan Fathallah is an Associate on the Secondary team primarily focused on the analysis and monitoring of non-U.S. secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions.
Adnan joined Lexington in 2025 from Bank of America, where he was an investment banking associate in the Global Industrials Group. He graduated from the American University of Beirut with a BA in Economics and from Imperial College London with an MS in Finance.
