Jonathan “Jon” Salkeld is an Associate on the Secondary team primarily focused on the analysis and monitoring of continuation vehicle transactions.
Jon joined Lexington in 2025 from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice where he was an associate in the Industrials Group. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Moelis. Jon graduated from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a BBA with an emphasis in Finance and Business Law.
