Matt Hodan is a Partner on the Secondary team primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of secondary opportunities, with an emphasis on technology investing across venture, growth, and buyout strategies through LP- and GP-led transactions as well as direct private company investments.
Matt joined Lexington as an associate in 2011. Prior to joining Lexington, he was a co-founder at Data Marketplace, a Y-Combinator-backed digital marketplace for data. Prior to that, Matt was an associate at Genstar Capital. He began his career at J.P. Morgan as an analyst in investment banking. Matt graduated from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business with a BS in Finance.
