Andrea Peraza is an Associate of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in human resources.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2023, Ms. Peraza was an HR Associate in the investment banking division at Cowen and Company.

Ms. Peraza graduated from College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Psychology and French.
