Brian Gerspach, CPA, is a Director of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in corporate and fund administration and accounting.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2020, Mr. Gerspach was a senior manager in audit at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Gerspach graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in accounting.
