Katherine Ross Bengtsen is a Vice President of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in human resources.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2022, Ms. Bengtsen was a Director of Human Resources at WisdomTree Asset Management.

Ms. Bengtsen graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Organizational Communications and Business Administration and from New York University with an MS in Human Resource Management and Development.
