Kelly Abrahamsen, CPA, is a Director of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in corporate and fund administration and accounting.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2009, Ms. Abrahamsen was an auditor at Ernst & Young.

Ms. Abrahamsen graduated from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce with an MS in accounting.
